Rooms dated, quiet area not too far from center of town.

      Reasonable location. Easy to find.

Dated room. Staff had trouble keeping breakfast items filled.

We love the location...walk to town, supper and shows. The staff is excellent and the "free" breakfast convenient and just enough!

Don't like staying in the main building section, its got an older look. We weren't allowed to use our Aeroplan miles towards booking a room. Not sure if its a seasonal thing or if it was because of the prince and princess visit previous to that time and they figured there'd be a bigger influx of people in the aftermath and chance for money this season. Its frustrating to accumulate miles and not be able to use them when that's what you're used to doing especially where Best Western Charlottetown is a yearly visit.

We liked the location; close to all amenities and entertainment. Continental breakfast was delicious! Continental attendant was very prompt and professional. Very clean accomodations. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Most impressed! Thank you again for treating us with utmost respect! Yves & Jo-Anne L. - Calmar, Alberta Canada

      No complaints whatsoever!

Ease of access to various vacation spots we visited; liked that location was in older section of Charlottetown; personnel was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room did not have a refrigerator, which, for what we paid, felt should have been included. Apparently, it was a hit or miss, where some rooms had refrigerators and others did not.

The location - the staff is great - Tracey was the best

      Friendly staff. Location.

First room had buzzing noise from some sort of machine on floor below. Upgrade to different room was quick and much better. Staff response to concern was fantastic.

Location was good and people were freindly.

Everything seemed very old. In desperate need of a revamp. Had lots of trouble with my internet as well. Won't stay there again.

We had more things we didn;t like, than we did, however, parking was close to our room, so we didn't have to drag our luggage a long distance.

Every time someone flushed their toilet in the building, we heard it, There was a party two rooms down the hall, that was noisy till midnight, and we had to get up early. The room had been sanitized with some floral scent that gave me a headache, and the room was like a sauna, with a window to open to try and cool it down. We slept with just a sheet as it was so very hot there, and when you opened the door, it was out into a hall. Not really sure where they stash the air conditioners. This place was not real expensive but was overpriced for what it was.

easy access to town, walking distance to everything, plus a decent breakfast included :)It was all good!

I enjoyed having breakfast at the motel with the price included in our room cost. It was very close to the event we were attending.

    • Family with children
      7.4

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequit.

Roof leaks caused wet carpets and the halls and room had a strong chemical smell.

    • Older travelers

Location of the hotel was quite convenient.

We were a litle disapointed with the hotel, a bit dated, needs reno! There was a problem with the air/heating system on our last night there, it was rattling (mechanical) and really had a bad nights sleep! We did report it to the front desk and maintenance man the next morning. It was obvious that nothing could be done at bedtime!

    • Group of friends
      7.4

I liked the location, free parking and continental breakfast.

However, the staff in the breakfast room could be friendlier. One of the reasons is that there were alot of late comers around 1100 including our part and we managed to slip in when other guests were leaving. A more notable sign outside the breakfast room stating breakfast hours maybe would help. Most people assumed breakfast was from 7-11.
